Beautiful scenery! Felt safe and rooms were big and well supplied. Plenty of water daily was included and breakfast was nice

Fantastic beach right outside of property. Great pool area with swim up bar. The gardens are lush and well taken care of. Good selection of drinks and food at restaurant. Staff were incredibly friendly and felt very secure with on site 24/7 security. Not that you need this but it felt very secure, that you could leave your belongings to go swim in the sea for example. Definitely recommend eating at the seafood restaurant - one of the best food experiences during our time in Zanzibar.

Could be more bar snacks available throughout the day. The pizza and burgers were a little heavy every day. It would’ve been nice to have had a wider selection, especially if you are doing all inclusive for a longer stay.

Services and hospitality

The first aid services, especially for over the counter medicine, should be easily available whenever it is needed.

We had a garden view room on the first floor and it was very moist and therefore I think was a damp and musty smell. We dont know if the same problems has rooms on upper floor. All other things the very satisfied

Friendly staff and exceptional service if something needed to be fixed or changed in the room. The barmen (Raphael, Pascal and Immannual ) were very entertaining and made the rest of our stay one to remember. Leah and Given were so caring when we needed muscle cream and always made sure we were happy. Overall great hotel and staff but not very flexible to accommodate guests.

Some of the food made a few guests sick, but that's to be expected if you're from different countries. They have too many rules for a Zanzibar hotel. I have my own shisha and I wasn't allowed to smoke it at the bar. I could only smoke in the shisha lounge and I had to pay to use my own shisha. They wanted to confiscate my shisha because I kept questioning the reason why this rule was implemented and I didn't get a valid answer.. The rest of the island you can smoke anywhere and not pay a cent. I told them they won't get it because I take it with me when I go to other bars on the island and it's my property. So my first day was not a good experience at all and it set the scene for the rest of our holiday as I felt like a criminal for being a difficult customer. Needless to say I obeyed the rules, of course. I understand that hotels have to have rules but some rules are ridiculous and some rules are there so that they can make more money from guests that are all inclusive. It would've been nice if all the rules were posted on their website before I booked and paid. The rule didn't even mention that you have to pay to smoke your own shisha. Would have been nice to know because I went to the shisha lounge to smoke my shisha (obeying rules) and again a manager approaches me to say I have to pay, you can imagine my attitude. To top it all off, the shisha lounge is part of a restaurant that is not part of all inclusive so I had to order and pay for drinks there. I felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome. You aren't allowed to take a glass of juice from the breakfast area to your room, that's so bazaar. You can only swim until 7pm, it should be 9pm at least, or even 8pm as people are on holiday and not in a prison. It felt as if we were being controlled and on an island like Zanzibar it should be hakuna matata. That being said this was our 3rd visit to Zanzibar and we won't do an all inclusive hotel again.

We like everything about this hotel! The territory of the hotel is clean, green and very beautiful. The staff are very friendly and taking care of each guest. The food and drinks was delicious and big variety of fruits. This hotel with its employees will be forever in my heart.

Bed was very uncomfortable. The all inclusive package is not really all inclusive, you still have to pay extra for premium drinks and food at the pool bar.

location is really good and all the staff are very kind to us. place is very secure.

only transportation department is really bad. we asked transportation for only 250meter away and they asked 20 $ it’s really sad.
